We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Contact our customer service team via phone or WhatsApp. We will arrange pickup from your location at no additional cost.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics and personal care items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
